Deliveries:
We aim to process and despatch all completed orders received prior to 3pm the same day All Items will be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.The vast majority of our goods come with free postage and packing, for this service we use the Royal Mail postal service. We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail.
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you and offer an immediate refund.

If goods are not recieved.
We can not accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail. If it is of absolute importance you require your product by a certain date we strongly advise you use our guaranteed next working day Courier Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact us to arrange for this service.
We always obtain a Certificate of postage which is retained for 21 days and will provided on request. Please also note that the maximum possible claim under standard Royal Mail is one hundred times the cost of a 1st class stamp, currently around £39
If an item is lost please note that we are unable to replace the product until you have complied with the Royal Mail procedures for standard insurance claims which states there must be a minimum delay of 15 working days before Royal Mail will consider an item lost.
Please allow 5 working days for your goods to arrive, if you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please contact admin@nature4energy.co.uk with your order number. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from us. We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction.

Returns Policy :
Returns MUST be made within 10 days of order. we also guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 90 days. If you receive a defective product or wish to return an item, please email us at admin@nature4energy.co.uk to arrange an exchange or refund we will also advise the return address. We aim to replace any defective items with a like for like replacements, if this is not possible we shall refund you payment immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the origional item back from you in perfect condition, intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us for details of the return address. We are unable to refund nor exchange special order or spare parts. Free delivery does not apply if you decide to return the item just because of a change of mind, therefore the carriage cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, usually £4.95.
If a returned item is found to have been damaged by youself then the item will be returned once the return postage fee has been paid.
If you simply change your mind for any reason we wil offer an immediate with in 10 days of purchase on receipt of the returned goods in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be minus postage and packaging. If the item has been opened there will be a further 20% restocking fee.
Your rights as a consumer are protected under the distant selling regulations, we will always exceed our legal obligations.
We will always treat you, our customer fairly and if there are any doubts, err on your side. We aim to offer outstanding customer service, if something goes wrong we will do our best to resolve it super fast to your complete satisfaction.

Installation:
The bidet shower must be installed in compliance to your local water authority regulations, if you have any doubts please use a qualified plumber. The bidet shower must be fitted via a local water isolating valve (sold separately) and this should be used to isolate the water supply to the bidet shower after each use.
If there is a posssibility the shower head can accidentally contact the water in the toilet bowl an anti-syphoning valve must also be fitted to prevent back flow contamnation of the water supply. Please consult the applicable WRAS regulations or those water regulations applicable to your territory.
