Q - Should the bidet shower be turned off after each use?
A- Yes! All hand held bidet showers, including ours, should be turned off when not in use. Beware of any company that says you don’t have to turn off their bidet shower, no hand-held bidet shower was designed to be left under pressure, even if it has a metal or heavy-duty plastic hose. The internal parts of the sprayer, regardless of cost, could malfunction over time and leak. So, to avoid the possibility of leaks, always, turn off the bidet shower isolating valve after each use.

Q – How much pressure is the bidet shower, hose and fittings rated for ?
A- The bidet shower hose and fittings have a working pressure of 80psi and a burst rating of 110psi. The sprayer has a pressure rating of 75psi. But, you should always turn off the bidet shower valve when not being used.

Q- How much water pressure do most homes have?
A- The average home has between 20 and 60psi.

Q-What if I forget and leave the bidet shower on?
A- The bidet shower is a quality made device and designed for high-pressure use. The odds of your bidet shower leaking are remote. However, it is a mechanical device with internal working parts that could malfunction and cause damage to your home or premises. So, make sure you always remember to turn off your bidet shower after each use; it only takes a second to turn off.
Please Note: We will not be responsible for any water damage caused from the sprayer, hose and fittings if left under continuous pressure. Plus, turning off the bidet shower valve and releasing the pressure in the hose will make your sprayer last a lot longer.

Q- After I use my bidet shower a little water drips out the spray holes, is it leaking or normal?
A – It’s normal for a little water to drip from the spray holes after each use. About 1 tablespoon of water is trapped inside the spray head after each use. Before hanging the sprayer in the holder, shake the spray head a few times into the the toilet bowl and the water will come out. All sprayers hold a little water in the spray head after each use.

Q – What is the maximum water temperature for the bidet shower hose?
A – The bidet shower hose should not be used with water temperatures higher than 125 degrees Fahrenheit.

A- The ABS range are made of ABS composite, MET1900. Combination of ABS and alloy, BRA2980, high grade Brass, All units are finished with high polished chrome plating.
