Terms and Condition for purchase:

Applicable Law.
The selling contract between the Customer and Kaizen Solutions EU Limited trading as Nature4energy.co.uk is concluded with in England and governed by English Law or applicable law for sales with in the EU.

Prices.
All the prices are shown in Sterling pounds and are inclusive of VAT . Invoice will show prices only in Sterling pounds. Invoice will be sent to the email address comunicated by the Customer on the order.

Payment.
All payments to Nature4energy.co.uk can be paid through Paypal or by Credit Card through Paypal (no Paypal account is needed).

Warranty.
All the products sold by us are covered by 12 months standard manufacturer's warranty To claim warranty, the Customer must retain and produce the invoice when requested.

Returns.
In case of returns, the product must be returned inside the original package, complete with all the original accessories (e.g. manuals, pipes, etc...). All costs and insurance associated with returning the product are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Any returns must be made within 10 (ten) days from the payment date. Before returning the product, it's necessary to contact nature4energy.co.uk (e.g. by email: admin@nature4energy.co.uk) and wait for our written authorization to return the product. The shipment must be traceable fom dispatch to arrival.

Order reception/Order conclusion.
By submitting the order form, the Customer sends a purchasing request for the chosen product to Nature4energy. The sending of the order constitutes consent for the purpose of concluding the purchadse contract. If Nature4energy doesn't accept the order or cannot fulfill the order request for any reason, it will refund with immediate effect the entire amount paid by the Customer.

Cancellationt terms.
The order may be cancelled by the by the Customer within 10 (ten) days from the payment / order date; .
The cancellation must be notified by the Customer in writing and by registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

Nature4energy.co.uk 65, Fieldway, Chalfont St Peter, SL9 9SQ, U.K.

or with an appropriate e-mail message, with return receipt, to the email address admin@nature4energy.co.uk) Lacking the aforesaid Nature4energyl will not accept any cancellation.

All costs and relevant insurance for transport of the returned goods shall be the sole resposibilty of the customer. The returned products shall be unused, in the original packaging with all parts and manuals intact and undamaged , if the product is returned in a condition contrary to the aforsaid it will be returned to the customer with a further invoice for the return shipping costs. After receiving the return in a compliant condition Nature4energy.co.uk will refund the full purchase price price less shipping fee, as soon as possible.
